Lovesongs (they kill me)... Luminor: „To me, this song is one of the most intensive experiences I've ever made with my voice and with my soul. I relate to this song a lot since I've been in exactly this situation when it was created." How does it feel... Luminor: „A silent scream can also mean that you e.g. have to face the failure of a mutual dream whereas its destruction could have been prevented if someone had really screamed for once." Get off... Luminor: „For me, this is the hottest track on the album. I love this song cause it reveals a really true side of me that most people don't consider possible at first." Forever or never... Luminor: „This is the pop hymn on the album. It's made for Strify's voice - an energetic power package." Escape To The Stars... Luminor: „In a strange way, this song is very personal to me cause it describes my way to love." After The Rain... Luminor: „An opus of sound which tranfers an incomparable mood - a great ballad!" She Waits For Me... Luminor: „This track shows the variety of our musical range." I Don't Believe... Luminor: „I love the text, since it describes perfectly my own role that I had to play in my life till now - the lonesome rider. And probably that's what I'll be for good." The Way We Are... Luminor: „This is one of our first works, and the title is a catchphrase for everything we are. It doesn't matter what names people call you and what you are. So, here are Luminor's feelings to the last three album tracks: Angel in disguise Luminor: My experience with love, I think. At last, I know love will kill me one day, it has burned a lot in me already, but I can't help doing it this way. The song describes a love like that really well. Because of my own belief, I had decided to sing the choir in the live version with the following text lines: Save my soul for the one last time. Break my wings, watch me fall. Silent place Luminor: Another song about the world and its mindset. Even if not completely the music, at least the lyrics, I think, are typical gothic lyrics because they express a sizeable hurt and disgust towards the world as it is today. The voices in this song appear like a person who stands all alone with his feeling of the world within a mass. Spaceman Luminor: As this song was admitted to the album, I was really happy because it went along with me for a long time. At the time when the original version was released, I was much younger but I already loved it. Furthermore, Spaceman was one of our first songs since it was recorded for demo. The text and the whole song suit me very very well because it portays my views concerning today's world. And depending on how I feel inside, my vocal interpretation changes: sometimes angry for I cannot accept all this and sometimes lethargical and already given up for it will never change. |
